Guilds

There are four types of guilds

  • Domain Guilds: Domain guilds are considered the main guilds in cities. They are established and operate within urban centers, where they often play a central role in the local community. These guilds tend to have a larger pool of members and access to more resources, allowing them to engage in a wide range of activities and services. Domain guilds may offer various opportunities to their members, such as hero jobs like hunters and explorers, as well as roles for artisans, architects, engineers, and merchants. They are essential for maintaining order and utilizing the unique abilities of their members for the betterment of the city.

  • Dominion Guilds: Dominion guilds serve as the primary guilds in territories that are outside of cities, such as towns or villages. While they may have a smaller membership base compared to Domain guilds, they still hold significant influence within their respective regions. Dominion guilds play an important role in coordinating and protecting the interests of their members in more remote areas. These guilds likely offer opportunities to individuals with abilities, but their scope of services might be adapted to the specific needs of their territory.

  • Master Guilds: Master guilds are distinguished by achieving a prestigious 5-star ranking in the guild rank system. This top-tier status signifies their exceptional achievements, extensive awards, and likely a high number of members with diverse and powerful abilities. Master guilds are at the forefront of innovation and progress in the realm of Nexu abilities and related services. They may undertake challenging missions, conduct groundbreaking research, and actively contribute to the welfare of their members and society at large.

  • Base Guilds: Base guilds encompass all guilds that have not yet reached the coveted 5-star ranking. These guilds range from those recently established to those working their way up the ranks through dedication and success. Base guilds offer valuable opportunities for aspiring individuals with abilities, providing a steppingstone for their growth and development. Despite not being at the top of the rank system, Base guilds still contribute to their communities and may specialize in specific areas or focus on nurturing talent within their ranks.

The four types of guilds reflect the diversity and hierarchy within the society of ability users. Each type plays a crucial role in fostering talent, promoting collaboration, and harnessing the potential of Nexu abilities for the betterment of their members and the world around them.

Guilds offer a variety of opportunities or jobs to their members. Some examples include:

  • Hunters: Hunters are crucial members of guilds who specialize in tracking, hunting, and capturing dangerous monsters and animals. They gather valuable resources and ingredients from their endeavors, which contribute to the guild's overall success.

  • Explorers: Explorers embark on treasure hunting missions and expeditions to discover hidden or lost artifacts, relics, and valuable items. Their discoveries can bring fame and fortune to the guild.

  • Architects: Architects are responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings within the guild's domain. They contribute to the expansion and improvement of guild infrastructure, ensuring the comfort and efficiency of guild facilities.

  • Engineers: Engineers are skilled individuals who design and construct machinery, technical equipment, and innovative technologies for the guild. Their expertise aids in the guild's technological advancements and enhances the abilities of other guild members.

  • Artisans: Guilds often employ artisans, including carpenters, blacksmiths, and masons, to handle various crafting and construction tasks. Carpenters work with wood materials, blacksmiths forge metal objects, and masons build structures using stones and concrete.

  • Merchants: Merchants play a crucial role in the guild's economic success. They buy and sell commodities for profit, ensuring a steady flow of income for the guild. Merchants also set prices for guild items and negotiate prices for jobs undertaken by the guild.

  • Researchers: Some guilds employ researchers to study Nexu abilities, the natural world, and various phenomena related to their unique powers. Their findings help improve the understanding and control of these abilities.

  • Teachers: Experienced guild members may take on teaching roles to pass down their knowledge and skills to new members. Nexu schools within the guilds provide education and training for aspiring ability users.

  • Medics: Guilds often have dedicated medics to provide medical assistance and healing to members injured during missions or training. Their presence ensures the well-being and safety of guild members.

  • Diplomats: Diplomats represent the guild in negotiations and interactions with other guilds, authorities, or entities. They play a vital role in establishing alliances, resolving conflicts, and maintaining peaceful relations.

  • Security Personnel: Larger guilds may employ security personnel to protect their premises and members from external threats. These individuals may have specialized combat or defense abilities.

  • Support Staff: Guilds also require support staff, such as administrative personnel, messengers, record keepers, and other essential roles that help the guild function smoothly.

The society revolves around registered guilds that oversee the responsible use of Nexu abilities. Guild members enjoy special privileges, and the guilds themselves are categorized based on their ranking and location. Different types of guilds offer various job opportunities to their members, ensuring the well-being and growth of the guilds' communities. These opportunities cater to a diverse range of talents, allowing guild members to find roles that suit their skills and interests. Whether it's exploring the unknown, crafting masterpieces, conducting research, or engaging in heroism, guilds provide an environment where individuals can contribute meaningfully to their community and develop their abilities to their fullest potential.
